The Southampton Bipolar Support Group meets on the second Thursday of every month at 7.30pm. However, in February, due to restrictions at the school, the meeting will take place on the 3rd Thursday in February, which is the 16th February 2012.
The venue is at St. Winifreds School, Highfield, Southampton at 7.30. This is a new venue - MAP LINK HERE.
The monthly meetings of the group aim to be safe and confidential, offering the chance to meet others, share experiences, find out more about bipolar, and aim to increase coping strategies for living with bipolar.
The group is for anyone with Bipolar Disorder (i.e. Manic Depression), and their informal carers, family members, partners and friends.
